Molding-made SMD power inductor.
The molding inductor comprises a base body and a winding body, the winding body is embedded into the metal powder and then die cast them as a entity. The pins, which are directly formed on the surface of the base body, are the lead-out pins of the coil. With good material characteristics and the special design, this type of inductor can work under a high current load for a long time. And due to the more stable structure and the lower internal resistance, it works more efficient.
